This agreement is between the two above mentioned parties for the following:
___ I would like to purchase the bingo game for the amount of $3,095.00. A down payment of $1,500.00 is required.

Monthly Payments: The balance of $1,595.00 will be paid in 12 equal installments of 132.92 with the first payment being due the following month after the bingo website has been finished.

**The ownership of the domain name will stay in MegaMalls, Inc. name until full payment has been made.

If you default on the payments, MegaMalls, Inc will resell the website to recoup their losses. When the website has been paid in full, the domain name will be transferred to you.

I have chosen the following domain name for my new bingo 
site from the list of available sites that has been emailed to me. I understand that the above cash price includes the graphic work which has already been done on the domain names provided.

The downpayment for the creation of this website is required in full by certified check, money order or credit card along with this agreement before any work is started. MegaMalls, Inc accepts all major credit cards along with Visa check cards for payment.  No refunds will be issued. If you elect to pay via credit card you waive the right to do a chargeback.

6. Programs for determining winners and notifying winners

7. One-On-One Phone Training

8. Free Unlimited Tech Support

9. Provide all software needed for the processing of the bingo cards determining 
the winners and day-to-day operation of the website plus a detailed explanation of the day-to-day operation of the game will be provided.

10. The new website owner will be responsible for any prizes or monies to be
paid to winners and issuing the daily emails to notify the players database 
of winning numbers.

11. Monthly Hosting/Maintenance charges will start low to assist you in getting your site off of the ground and gradually rise based on the scale shown.

$99.95 5th month and thereafter

Hosting includes webspace on a NT and SQL server.
First month of hosting/maintenance is due when the site is built.

12. MegaMalls, Inc agrees to offer Free Technical Support and phone consultations
in relation to the new game for an unlimited time.

13. The new owner of the game does not have the right to copy, distribute or sell 
the technology provided to them. If MegaMalls, Inc determines that the new owner
has sold a copy of the technology to another party, they will prosecuted to the 
fullest extent of the law which could result in a $100,000 fine and/or 10 years 
imprisonment.
